Dear friends and supporters,

It is with a great pleasure and excitement that we share our biggest news to date. We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our own multipurpose, innovative art gallery space in March 2017 – ARTECHOUSE.

Since our establishment in 2009, Art Soiree has been at the forefront of the new breed of artistic and cultural experiences, bringing arts to public and public to arts in the most untraditional ways. Over the past 7 years we’ve worked with and activated a great number of hotels, museums, governmental institutions, neighborhoods, real estate and property development companies by curating over 550 artistic programs, showcasing over 1,000 artists of different mediums and genres, attracting close to 250,000 attendees, and cultivating a greater awareness, understanding and appreciation of art in its many forms.

After more than five years in the making and over two and half years in the planning, we finally found our permanent home where we plan on continuing our mission of making a difference in arts in the years to come.

With the opening of ARTECHOUSE, it is our goal to further impact local and international art scene and our community by introducing the ultimate new age destination for arts, music, film, theater and technology that will welcome both locals and world travelers for a one-of-a-kind artistic experiences – Where Art Has No Limits and Takes Any Form.
ARTECHOUSE
will be an innovative art space dedicated to bringing arts, science, technology, and creativity together, and showcasing artists who are forerunners of the new renaissance in arts and technology. The 15,000-square-foot multipurpose art gallery will become a permanent platform, showcasing both digital and traditional art, as well as pioneering ideas in the world of arts and culture by using the latest technology.

We believe that technology has played a significant role in the world of arts since mid 20th century and today we’re living in the new age of renaissance where technology is becoming the revolutionary tool for artists to create new masterpieces.” – Sandro, Artistic Director of ARTECHOUSE.

ARTECHOUSE will be located at The Portals between Smithsonian and L’Enfant Plaza in Southwest, DC at 1238 Maryland Ave, just next door to the Mandarin Oriental hotel. The space was originally designed to be a theater in 90s, yet sat idle for more than twenty years.
